APS is a supplier to leading multinational companies and OEMs. Thus, customer-centric approach to quality management is the most essential feature of our process control systems. Our quality management system comprises quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.
We follow traceability systems in our processes to verify the history, location or application of an item by means of documented recorded identification.
Our processes and quality system are regularly monitored through regular audits conducted by external auditors. Every alternate year, APS is audited by auditor from Technische Universitat Darmstadt, Germany for European Technical Approval of studs to be produced at APS and to be sold Europe wide with CE (European Conformity) mark. Thereafter, there has been yearly audit.
