OUR UNITS
Unit-I & office situated at E-148, Phase-VII, Mohali: 1000 sq. yards comprising façade clamps unit, bolts/screws unit and electroplating/electro-polishing unit. 500 sq yards of unutilized space at level-1 is available to be used for future operations.
Unit-II situated at E-151, Phase-VII, Mohali: 1000 sq. yards comprising tool- room, production facility for sheet metal components, threaded rods & turned components.
These units have installed production capacity for production of Bolts, Screws and has a press shop with press capacity up to 400 Tons.
The Bolts unit can produce bolts of up to M12 and 75mm Length in house.
Unit-III situated in Derabassi, Punjab: 8000 sq. yards manufacturing facility is operational and another 10000 sq. yards is under construction and will be operational by end of 2020
This unit specialized in production of threaded rods ranging from M6 up to M50 in any desired length and has an in-house automatic zinc plating unit.

To ensure best quality products to our customers, APS has a state of the art quality lab which includes machines such as Profile projector, Hardness tester and are in process to acquire in house capabilities for UTM testing.
